The first time I went inside the store and they told me I had to go out back to pick up and just ring the doorbell.
The second time I went straight to the back, said Ive arrived through the email, rang the doorbell, and stood there for a while and no one came. Tried calling the store and couldnt get a hold of them. So, went inside the store and they said to go out back. We went out back and someone else had pulled in while we were in store to let them know we were waiting out back and the same guy we talked to in store took care of that guy first. We proceeded to wait and wait while we were taken care of afterwards.
Also, the people in store were more worried about potential furniture sales than taking care of us. The order pick up is very consistent and very time consuming.
