Was told to come there to open a CD at a certain time. No one was available to help me. They called around and no other banks were willing to help me. I took off time from work to be there when they suggested and have therefore already lost money. I've never had to work so hard to get a bank to take my money.

Terrible customer service between the branch support over the phone. The customer service over the phone said that a temporary license through DMV is fine to cash a chase cashiers check at the bank and the banker said no you need a physical id. Whats the point of dmv giving out temporary drivers license if the bank isnt going to accept it. Seems like a waste of paper. Very bad customer service from this branch
