I've been a customer of the Bellflower location for over 15 years and I always had a good experience with their services until now. One of my tires needed a patch, the person at the desk( Mr. Acevedo) was not very nice until a decide to buy new tires. After I told him that I wanted to order new tires his attitude changed and I was treated nicely. They installed the tires, after I paid, he printed the paperwork and gave it to me saying that everything was fine. That was about a month ago. Yesterday I received a call from Mr. Acevedo saying that I needed to take my car back to their shop so they can do an alignment. He said that when they installed the tires they couldn't do it because the machine wasn't working. I told him that I wasn't aware of that since he didn't
mentioned when I bought the tires and he said "it's in your paperwork" not in a very nice way. When I arrived at the shop and asked again why customers are not informed about services that are not done and need attention, he showed me in their computer screen my order and to my surprise it said in red that I had declined the alignment!! How can you decline a service that was not just not offered but never mentioned??
In addition he never mentioned that I had to pay for the alignment, (I wasn't ask if I wanted them to do the alignment, I was told that I needed to bring my car back to have it done) when he called me he made it sound like it was something that I had already paid when I purchased the tires but they were not able to do when they installed them. When I found out that I had to pay and asked why he didn't say anything about it when he called me, he was back to his usual rude attitude and told me that of course I had to pay (talking to me like I was the dumbest person in the world) and if I didn't want the service to be done there I could take my car to the dealer, at the same time he put the paperwork and my car key on top of the service desk. I was still surprised by his rudeness and didn't want to make a scene since there were other customers in the area, so I payed and had it done. I don't usually write reviews but someone in charge of the Bellflower location needs to know how customers are being treated and do something about it. Maybe a training in good customer service will help. Thank you for reading this review.

My first time here & I was satisfied. The gentleman who helped me was very honest about everything. He showed me all the prices on tires & didnt pressure me into buying the most expensive ones like most tire places do. He even recommended that I get an alignment & showed me a chart on why its important for the car. They even have a sale going,buy 3 get 1 free. Def recommend.
