        Amazing service! I called and spoke to Shane. He was so pleasant and professional. Shane asked about my car and gave me hours and wait time. When I arrived, Shane remembered who I was and quickly checked me in. He called me back in the time period that he said he would and went through the details of my tire issue and went through options. He was on it! Also, Shane is one of the nicest people I have ever met. When I picked up my car, Ernesto helped me out. I didn't have to wait and he was also pleasant and professional. American Tire in Santa Ana is the best! It's night and day from where I use to take my car (Just Tires in Tustin).
