Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

02/03/2024 went into cash and deposit a check with my ID because I had forgot my bank card and the experience there was just unbelievable there was a manager or some lady named Christy absolutely rude to the elder very pushy very unfriendly spoke down to people or at them seeming very frustrated to even to be there ... Just made the walk-in experience so uncomfortable... Just very rude lady ... This is the closest bank in my area I'd rather change banks or drive further out than to have to watch someone be so disgusting to the elders she talks to them as if they are stupid rather than with compassion and patience... I've never seen someone who deals with customers like she does ...

Extremely rude staff in this branch. Hispanic background staff are discriminatory and insulting to customer and support each other by discriminatory abusive behavior toward the customer

Update: manager Christy Cummings called me and just made things worse. She is rude and condescending. She had the nerve to tell me (with my business account) that i just dont understand the challenges of business **************************************** This branch is just awful. The staff is not knowledgeable. If you have a choice, choose another branch location. The line today took 20 minutes to wait for the one and only window clerk, meanwhile there were several bank employees milling about not doing anything. The clerk was behind glass, with a mask, and has an accent. I could not understand anything she was saying between the three things. She seemed irritated that i asked her to repeat herself. This was my third trip in a row there that was just terrible. On one occassion i wanted to get a cashiers check after depositing a check Was told i had to wait for the check to clear, even though the issuing bank was BofA and they could have verified funds. Asked for a bank letter on another occassion and two weeks later got a document that did not meet the requirements that i had asked them to meet. Remember when banks were helpful? This location is not
