Amazing customer service! My Prius was low on windshield washer fluid so I stopped by this Autozone to pick up some. Robert helped me find it and refill the reservoir in my car after learning I didn't know where or how to add it. I know next to nothing about cars so I appreciated him taking the time to do that for me. Thank you so much!

Worse ppl I have ever experienced in my life Im from Houston we can to on vacation so went to Yosemite national park so I just snow cable just in case we needed for the snow but we ended up not using them so we went back driving to los Angeles and Im trying to return it. The guy Robert was so rude he didnt even look at my receipt he said you need to drive back to the location and return and it was 4 hours away he said if so you will be to talk to my manager I tried to explain to him but he wont even listen and being so unfriendly than I said okay then let me talk to your manager he said Im the manager and I wont return. So I went to different location like 5 mins away from this location and they were able to return it not having me to drive back 4 hours to a return. I was I can give 0 star
