I wouldn't call this company in my opinion. They take advantage of elderly folks charge for work they didn't do they are a cover up service if you want to paint the problem without surface prep but charge 4 grand and paint over wall paper I poke holes in my ceiling with my finger do some homework before you call this company my experience is horrid an un ethical contractor they hide the work they didn't do under plaster and acoustic

I had a house fire and not knowing where to even start, sitll getting my house back in order and normal...but I wouldn't have been able to do alone, I'd like to give a shout out to Alert Disaster Restoration in Bakersfield,CA
Especially to (David Denison Project Director and his Assistant Jesus Figueroa ) they are honest, quick to address any issues, and work to get things taken care of immediately!

Crew did great work getting mold out of master bathroom. But called twice to get a quote on remodel after Demo and never heard back.

Brad and his crew did an awesome job on a remodel that turn out to be a whole house rebuild. ADR gave us a time date and they were right on schedule even we had insurance issues and some weather conditions. Overall I recommend these crew to any sort of damage to your home.
