I called 911 Restoration of Bakersfield to assist me at during a water loss. I am the building engineer for a local hotel and our water main line burst on the third floor causing a diluge affecting a total of 23 rooms. Within 40 min, Eli and his team were on site extracting the water. In 3 days, Eli and his crew gave me back 20 rooms to put back in complete operational status. We recently purchased a new home and mold was discovered when removing the baseboards during some renovations we were having done. I immediately called 911 Restoration and Chastity was extremely helpful and kind. We had testing done through another company and then shared the results with 911 restoration and they got to work immediately. Eli was so prompt and helpful and I just knew we were in good hands the entire time. I had the home retested after the mold removal/remediation and it passed beautifully.
