        I have been with H&R Block for many years, and I am confident in my filings. I know the amounts are accurate and I will receive the maximum amount due to me per year of filing. Juana Zamora is the ONLY Tax preparer I will go to. She is trustworthy and a great employee not to mention very professional.

        Absolutely TERRIBLE! This place does not care about you, they don't return your phone calls and Juana did not do her job, they take your money and do not provide the services you paid for. Also anytime you try to get in touch with your tax pro you get sent overseas and who knows what they are doing with all your personal PII. Also my refund was $1000 less Very unprofessional and must not be trusted!
