Jon is wonderful! He has went above and Beyond for my in-laws. He is very Personable and caring. My husband and I have used Jon for over 20 years And and I cant imagine going to someone else. I would recommend Management Plus for anyone needing their taxes done. You can feel safe in the fact that Jon wont take any shortcuts and everything is above board.

The most unprofessional person I have ever met! I regret ever using Jon Bice. I dropped my Taxes on March 23rd, and was told I was at the bottom of the list. I asked when they would be ready, and was told 3 weeks. My wife calls 3 weeks later, and was told we could pick up the following Monday so I called in advance to make sure I could go by. I was put on hold for 5 minutes, and Jon gets on the line and starts being rude I finally had to tell him something, and that's when he says to come pick up my taxes which he had never even touched. I understand your busy, and i could have at least been told that you got backed and will get them done, but when you throw a tantrum because a customer is asking a question, and think you can be rude that's just wrong. His inability to communicate is the worst. Use at your own RISK!
