1 Star is too generous hereCompletely dissatisfied with this company.  Sales pitch sounds great, that part was ok. After that it was terrible.  Worst part is these people won't return your calls. When we did talk to someone (after threatening to take them to small claims court), the lady  says ill call you back. Two days later, we get an email from her stating that we can't help you. No integrity with any of these people here.  .There are lots of solar companies here in Bakersfield, don't waste your money with this one.

For 6 months I have attempting to have a few solar panels removed for construction and then put back on when addition is complete. I was passed around between sunpower and sunsolar for months. Dec. I was given a quote and responded that day to schedule immediately. Again months of calling not one person has called back. I have called several time only to hear the same thing. We will get back to you. A week ago customer service said I needed to pay full amount (quote said 1/2 now 1/2 when complete) Though I didn't argue I needed this done ASAP. So I paid. I was told a scheduler would call me back that day...again nope! So 4 days later because of weekend..I called again. Again I get the run around assuring me it was put in priority. I am to the point of chasing down sales agents in the field. I have filed review on the BBB. They are holding up construction for my 80+ year old 100% disable Vietnam Vet that has no room for a hospital bed until build is complete. Which is hijacked by solar panels.

If youre looking for Solar, you should look somewhere else. Sunpower was forced on us when we had the house built. The solar system worked great until it didnt. Once you discover you have a problem (you will have to discover it because they dont have any idea what your system is doing), you will go on a long frustrating journey in getting it fixed. The only thing the person on the phone can do is reset your breakers and tell you that you need a service call. They contracted someone that was over 120 miles away to come fix it and that contractor never called me, I had to call them. The guy showed up and said our 3 year old system was out of date and left. After several calls I was informed that a part has been ordered. That was a month ago. My system is still not fixed with now idea when it will be fixed. My advise is to stay clear of Sunpower if you can
