We had repairs to our roof completed by San Joaquin Construction but the leak in our roof remained. I inquired as to whether there would be a cost to re-repair the roof. The gentlemen said, "Well, let me see if it's under warranty. I will call you back." We did not receive a call back. I have called 5 times over the course of 3 weeks and I'm consistently told, "someone will call you back." When I asked for a manager, no manager is onsite. When I asked who the manager was, the receptionist refused to give me a name. Instead, she replied, "Matthew is the best person for you to speak with regarding this matter." I've been told Matthew would call me back on 3 different occasions and have yet to receive a call from him. Service: Roof repair

We used San Joaquin Roofers to replace our parents roof for their home. This companys team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. We appreciated the prompt communication we received while ensuring my Spanish speaking parents understood the process. Their website says they are faith based and we can see the difference in the quality and professionalism in their work. They also contracted a swamp cooler installer and they both coincided their schedules and executed this project very efficiently.
We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their roof replaced and or construction project. We are satisfied with their work. Services: Roof installation, Roof repair, Roof inspection, Attic venting

They are currently redoing the roof of my neighbor. They show up in 4 different vehicles, parking in front of everyone else house leaking oil everywhere.
Update your employee in the beat up gold Silverado, Literally dragged a 100 oil stain down our street today. What a joke
