There is so much variety in fabrics, trims and ribbons. And the help was available to answer questions or help you find what you are looking for.!

Went to the store few days ago. Sad they are closing down.

Helpful staff and great selection, prices are good too. Only place I could find a twin needle and it was half what online retailers wanted.
