        I'm embarrassed to say I haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years. Not once did the staff shame me or make me feel bad for my poor oral hygiene. Instead they educated and reassured me everything will be ok. I appreciate the professionalism and the kindness they demonstrated. Thank you!

        It was very good they took me in and did X-rays only bad thing is my Next visit is in over a month and my tooth is ready to be pulled, just hope I can make it till then if not I'm going somewhere where I can get it taken care of right of way, but overall a 3 out of 5 stara

        Unbelievably rude front end staff. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB? DO US ALL A FAVOR AND FIND A NEW ONE. Absolutely the opposite type of staff working the front desk. A truly wonderful experience to be treated like trash when coming in for a 1st visit. I dont get rude and snappy receptionists. We get it! You hate your job, and everyone you have to deal with! This is a job not an an internship. You are being paid for your time. Act like it. Awful experience with staff. They literally make you feel like a loser for coming in.

        What a joke. My elderly clients only have an initial consultation and basic cleaning covered... Initially... Western Dental called me last minute and pushed a $203.67 x-ray fee . We are in 2024. You can order a dental xray adaptor for an IBM ThinkPad in 2024, for less than $100.00 ;-) . But this short sighted staff completely refused a client which will be seen by Bakersfield Smile Design on the same day as the canceled appointment and by an honest dentist that will start the paperwork for new dentures and any other procedures needed, as Medical will cover necessary dental expenses. But will not allow shady merchants to charge exorbitant xray fees. Western Dental of Bakersfield do better. Do not discriminate against the elderly.
