My new favorite place! The facility is clean, easy to find, the tech was very kind and took her time. I got really good pictures, they were clear and baby looked so cute, even at 15 weeks! I cant wait to go back for my 3D ultrasound!!

Please be aware that they will straight up cancel your appointment if you dont confirm it a few days prior via text or email. I was so excited for this, I had the gender reveal package booked for a whole month and when me and my entire family showed up the day of my appointment, it was cancelled and already replaced with someone else. The girl at the front desk showed no remorse and had an oh well, sorry not sorry attitude about it.
On top of that we ended up purchasing two gender reveal canons from them to try to turn the day around and have the reveal at the park, but one of the canons was defective and didnt even go off! Not their fault, I know they dont make those themselves but then we go back to get a refund for it and had to wait 15 mins just for someone to come out to the front and help us. Ugh I was really hoping to have the best experience here like all of the reviews say, but I am really disappointed in the way I was treated.
