Horrible customer service, receptionists were very rude and has no manners .long waiting time on this location, appointment was @ 0840 am , more than 2 hours wait . Receptionist on phone kept talking , does not care about clients appointments .

The technician was great for doing my procedure and made me feel at ease. Shes the reason for the 3 stars.
The office staff I felt sorely lack in professionalism. One of them, I believed her name was Adriana, made a personal call WHILE HELPING A PATIENT AND MADE HIM WAIT AWKWARDLY! Reserving a room for your baseball party is NOT more important than any patient. Thats what breaks are for. She wasnt even quiet about it and actually used the company phone to do it. It felt disrespectful toward the patient she was helping.
