Greer's Banner Air

Being a new monarch refugee I needed a company to service my hvac and one that would return my calls.....and found these guys Wow what a price difference with Greer's! I paid a of what monarch wanted for the same service! I called for a hvac service and within a hour of my call they showed up at my house and took care of what my hvac needed. Jr. was super nice and knowledgeable too. Next time I need something serviced or just the summer or winter inspection, these guys are 1st on my list. I've already recommended Greer's to some friends and family.

Our A/C went out on the same morning that a pipe sprang a leak at home. With most contractors putting us off for hours or even days when we called for "emergency" service, Greer's rearranged their day a bit to work us in promptly. Jessica was empathetic and responsive over the phone, and Michael did fast, crackerjack work fixing our A/C unit and clearing a clog in its drain pipe (even without water, which we had to turn off to control the heavy leak). Michael went above and beyond with his communications and creative solutions, and his ingenuity kept us cool for a few more hours, until the plumbers could replace our broken pipes and get the water back on. This is our A/C service company from now on; they earned a new loyal customer that day! Service: A/C system repair

Technician quotes you different than office. Each office person gives different pricing for the same service. They gave me 2hrs window but at the end of 2 hrs window, I was getting new time line every 15 min by automated system even after office was closed, there is no live and helpful in-person communication on the day of service. Basically it took 4 hours. So, the service didnt get completed and I had to call and reschedule again. When I called back the person who called herself the owner said, she is not comfortable to work with me and called me rude. Btw, I speak with accent, it seems it was matter to her. Even though I gave $$$ for the first appointments ( multiple location) , I wont give any business to them for the rest of my properties. Service: A/C system maintenance

Very professional and great service all around! A friend recommended Banner Air when we wanted maintenance for our home air conditioning unit. We are very happy with the maintenance service, the tech who came to our home and the customer service we received! 5 stars for sure!!!! We will definitely call Greer's Banner Air again!!
