I can not recommend this company enough. We had a bad experience with a plumber through home warranty company so we were on guard when the warranty company sent Austin H & A for AC repair. But they were very professional and helpful. And based on some of the circumstances, we felt they were refreshingly honest. Then, in August (worst time of year for this), we finally decided to bite the bullet and replace the AC that we had been band-aiding for years. They gave us a fantastic quote. After checking prices elsewhere, we called Austin to go ahead with the order. So glad we did. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and helpful. After stting appointment Phillipe came out inspected heater and diagnosed our problem and and ordered parts The parts arrived promptly and Repairman job concious and polite.heater works better now than it has for years.
