I'm an out of town property owner who relies on "honesty & integrity" when dealing with maintenance and repairs issues! You can read the other positive 5 star reviews that all indicate Ted Hawley, the owner, has his name behind his business! I patiently waited my turn for a ductless mini split AC Heater install & was not disappointed with the results or the price!
