        Con artist... Stay away from these guys, their technicians are not properly trained and they will break or disconnect your equipment to say you need to buy new parts. My unit was running fine, just needed some refrigerant and the guy went up there then all of a sudden my unit wouldn't cool at all. They tried to say my unit was leaking when it was never leaking before they got there. They even disconnected the condenser which was working fine and tried to tell me I needed a new one. I called another more reputable company to come out and assess it, they just connected it back together told me things were fine and I just needed a new drain pan. I went to the address they advertise on google to talk to the owner in person and they don't even have a shop or building, the owner is literally running his business out of his garage with a small crew of uncertified guys. They even try to tell you that you'll get a 2 year warranty on parts and labor but really it's just a scam to keep you going back to them so they can keep telling you another part is broken which they of course lie about. Stay away from this scam company, pay for a reputable company and save yourself the trouble.

        Twice a year American Dream Services performs preventive maintenance on my home HVAC & the unit on my rental house. Theres been a few times when Ive had to upgrade or replace a part that worn down over time. Its so nice to have this done during the regularly scheduled maintenance times or near that time if a part needs to be ordered first. Although its possible something can break at anytime but knowing that during the season of heat or cold my system has been checked and is running well gives me peace of mind. Ive been using American Dream Service for my HVAC needs for at least the last three or four years, the relationship has been great. I highly recommend this company and plan to have them be my personal HVAC service company continually. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system maintenance

      My name is RJ Allen and I am the owner of this company. I am involved in every service call. Your name is not familiar to me nor is it in my dispatching software. This tells me few things, you could have the wrong company. We are not the only company named American in our area. You could be using a false name on your google profile and that is OK and understandable but if that is the case please contact me. I responded immediately to your review hours ago and I have not heard from you. Should you call 661-588-1776 I will answer your call. We have had other clients confuse our company with other American companies often. I’ve also had competitors leave fake and bogus reviews and had them removed in the past. If you used our company I am here for you and would love to talk to you. The description you used does not sound like us. We are a repair 1st company. Not an installation company so we wouldn’t be trying to get you to buy a new system. We have very specific procedures for refrigerant leaks. That would involve doing a leak search which you didn’t mention so that was telling for me. Another thing that caught my attention is we don’t leave systems disconnected for refrigerant issues. Only for safety reasons and that’s usually heating only, not air conditioning. A drain pan is in the attic and the condenser is outside. They have nothing to do with each other and I was confused that you stated that you only needed refrigerant then a drain pan but then only needed it after the company you called said that’s what you needed. We are VERY reputable company here in town. You can see our reviews. People talk to me directly. Next month we will have been in business for 12 years. Prior to that I ran my family’s business that was operating here for over 20 years and we bought the assets from that company when I started mine. All my techs have been with me for over 10 years and like me are certified. I have their certifications here in their employee file to show you. Please call me, I’d love to clear this up. We aren't perfect but I'm known for always doing everything in my power to make things right. I will need your real name and address. I look forward to speaking with you!
