BSW Roofing, Solar & Air

I had BSW redo our roof and A/C about 5 years ago and everything went very smoothly. Francisco was great to work with and very responsive to questions and phone calls. Our electric bill came way down and weve had lots of compliments from neighbors. Recently a palm tree fell and did damage. The insurance adjuster came out and could not stop talking about the quality and workmanship. So of course we had BSW do the repairs. Totally satisfied.

I have known this company for many years, my dad use to do business with them , they delivered my first roof back in 76 and they also replaced my AC a couple of years ago. BSW always stands behind their work. Even years after the work is done. BSW is a name you can trust.

Patio was leaking where solar panels were. We had insurance so company called BSW ,to fix it, it took months for them to come. When they came said the whole roof need to come down. They took top layer off remove 3 plywood panels and covered it, leaving bad plywood that broke and cracked when the solar panels company came to install panels. They wouldn't reinstall cause job wasn't done right and their name was going on the roof it would leak again. BSW was upset cause they has to come out to fix it again ,but if they had done it right the first time, there wouldn't have. I would never call them to do work out of pocket.

I contacted BSW because I had a redwood tree blow down and hit my roof. I had several damaged tiles and was concerned about the rain. I contacted them on a Thursday and by Friday the damage was taken care of at a very reasonable cost. They treated me like family. What a great experience. Paula Fanucchi

I had BSW come in to check our roof. Vito was very quick to respond, friendly, and professional. He fixed some minor weather damage on our roof and was kind enough to do it free of charge. Highly recommend, thank you so much the excellent service!
