Emergency Room at Dignity Health - Mercy Hospital Southwest

Currently in a bed waiting 2+ hours for a surgeon to tell me I can go home. Waited 4+ hours in pain and agony until they finally gave me a simple pain killer - was on the verge of passing out. Im better and just want to get discharged from this horrible ER. I notify the nurse constantly on the remote that my machines are beeping errors, and they take an hour to just give me a warm blanket. Hate this place. Dont come here.

Don't go here. Bad reviews long wait times rude staff no visitors allowed for emergency area unless already in a room My wife's inside now for 4 hours I still can't sit with her. I took her food and water they don't provide patients in lobby with any food or water while they waits hours my mom came here and had to wait around for 22 hours security knows all other facilities allow visitors, Dignity does not. I really wished we were anywhere else, but here today. Dignity has no dignity for its patients loved ones.

Extremely bad service. Doctor at ER very irritated that I came in. I lost feeling in the one side of my face and was advised by an urgent care doctor to immediately go to ER because they were scared it was a stroke.
