Staff were nice. They checked in on us at least once every 6 hours. We never saw a doctor. It took 3 days in the ER before we got transferred to a room. I don't fault the staff, it's the administration and lawyers. The medical system is seriously broken.

Honestly, this was a terrible experience. I went in Monday for severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, and vomiting. The initial wait was no problem, they were busy so I was fine waiting. After I went to triage, the nurse stated I needed a urine sample. I told her I didnt have anything in me I threw all my water up and couldnt keep it down. I couldnt pee. She stated, very rudely, well youre going to be here a while then because we need that sample to run tests. I attempted to drink water from the fountain and threw it up immediately. My friend asked a nurse for water or anything to drink, the nurse said we dont recommended patients with abdominal pain to drink any water. I was called back for blood work and CT Scan fairly quickly. I informed the nurses along the way that I couldnt keep water down and didnt have anything to give for a urine sample. Each nurse assured me it was okay and I wouldnt need to give a sample. They say my results will be out soon and to wait in the waiting area. A couple hours later, another nurse comes to ask if Ive gone to the bathroom yet. I again said no I cant and she just said to try. This happened a couple more times. SIX HOURS LATER my friend who brought me found the nurse and demanded something else be done because I was still in pain and very obviously could not produce a urine sample. She said well we can do a catheter. I said yes do it because I CAN NOT PEE. She looked taken aback but said okay. A couple mins later she took me to a side room, put in the catheter and got the sample. I was told to again return to the waiting area. Not even 20 mins later they said everything looked normal and to make an appointment with my GI. I already have an appointment. In January. They knew this. I left feeling considerably worse. Sent my results to another doctor and nurse for a second opinion. Needless to say, both the doctor and nurse are infuriated with my normal results because, in their opinion, I should have been admitted. Currently looking for help else where because I do not trust the staff at this hospital.

Would give 0 stars if could, they basically treat you in the waiting room, I came in for nausea vomiting and pain so bad i was crying, no ultrasound no CT no x-ray just a blood test and IV bag turns out I needed all of those things to figure out what was wrong with me they will let you die if you come here. Will dismiss your pain and problems. I had severe impaction and they told me it was my period that ended the week before. I only got treated when I went to a different hospital.
