Health Center At Rosewood

My step mom was there for a few days and cannot walk and has brain damage. My dad came everyday to sit with her, but left to go get something to eat, when he came back she was sitting in the day room with a large lump on her head and it was bleeding. Nobody said anything to my dad and just left her there in the wheelchair. When it was brought to their attention they said they didnt know what happened? She ended up having bleeding on the brain so its really weird nobody saw what happened. She obviously fell, and if she falls she cant get back up on her own.. someone knew what happened but they all played dumb. I would not recommend leaving your family member at this place!

My mom has been at Rosewood for about a year now and is very happy there. They have been careful about Covid care both with visitors and employees. They have been great with her for everything she has needed.

Thank you for accepting my mother, all the staff from each dept was great . Very friendly and helpful. I would have loved to keep her there. If it was not so difficult of a drive. And I can not say enough about all of staffing in each dept, they are all great.
