This is about the dining room at Brookdale. Christie and her team are amazing! They always serve very good food and a variety. I'm a picky eater and from day one they have been more than accommodating to me. All this is done with a smile and caring. They truly look at each resident as family and strive to make everyone happy. I'm thankful for everyone who is working so hard everyday all day

My mom loves it here, she’s been a tenant for about a year now…she loves the food and the people and she loves that her room and laundry get cleaned every week. She is always telling me how wonderful and caring the staff is. We have zero complaints! The landscaping is beautiful and inside of the buildings always look, smell, and feel very clean and fresh. From the sales/billing team to the nurses and front desk staff - I’ve always been met with the utmost kindest of people. Please check it out for yourself and don’t go off of negative reviews because Brookdale has been an absolute blessing to our whole family and gives us the peace of mind we’ve been needing.

I would like to express how terrible this place is . Coming from an ex employee who worked there for a couple of years. (DO NOT consider this place for your loved ones) . They for one do not care about your loved ones; all they care about is the money. It’s sad, residents will stay on call lights for hours and no one does anything . Mistreatment goes on everyday and then they tell you not to discuss how short staff they are always outside of work because it’s wrong ? When In reality it’s wrong for staff to be overworked and residents to be left on call lights for a long period of time. Also some of the rooms smell so bad and nothing is done about it, It’s so disgusting . Secondly they have a manager that shouldn’t be a manager she is the worst nightmare you can ever come across ( CHARLETTE STEPHENSON). Always rude never smiles anyone can tell you that. SHE is VERY rude to the residents, family members of residents, and to all of her staff. Everyone who works for her is literally afraid of her. She claims to be thankful for all you do but IS not and never helps her staff out no matter how short they are. INSTEAD she sits herself in her office and acts likes she’s busy to avoid having to help her staff out it’s so sad, NO matter how many times she is reported nothing is ever done because she’s (HR PET). This place treats staff and residents as if they are in school and is constantly threatening. Please do not consider this place for your family members/loved ones it’s AWFUL. There’s many more beautiful facilities.
