        I came to the store at the busy time of day around 5:00 and they were so kind and took Extra Care to help me download my document that I needed to print not knowing a darn thing that I needed to do.Shahid was so patient and helpful with me I truly appreciate the time they took to help me out.

        This is second time happened to me at this store ! First, I just move in to this area. Second, the UPS sent my packages to this location for only one deliver attempt. Third, the Indian manager not allow me to pick up my packages because my ID address hasn't change to the current address yet even I proof my water statement. he is not even look at it Fourth, The Indian manager and kerchief lady gave me a weird laugh and said : you are not going bring your package back today ! I feel very insulting and being discriminate when I visit this location ! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN !
