Does not follow standard laws and CA Rules of Court. Violates clients rights constantly. Is not suitable or fit to make sound legal decisions due to bias and discrimination. Is in denial that shes ever wrong no matter the evidence presented to her. Does not have the capability of understanding situations in full, as she does not follow CA ethics codes.

Clearly smart & experienced & a shark lawyer, but stone cold & totally unhelpful, refuses to even suggest colleagues who might be able to help with a problem matter she rather not help with.  Not nice or warm.  Yuck.

My parents are elderly and needed help putting their affairs in order. Linda helped my parents set up their wills, trust and estate plan. Her work was amazing and when my mom did pass away my father did not have any headaches handling their estate. My dad was able to ask Linda additional questions a year and a half after she did the work at no charge and she guided him through putting my parents accounts and house in his name. She was a blessing to find.  I highly recommend her for estate planning.
