        He completely lied, and did not do what we agreed on. Instead of rectifying the situation, he told me that I misunderstood. Why would I need his help to collect information I already had and shared with him in during our consultation call? I definitely would think twice before entrusting him and giving him your money. My response to your comment: Again you continue to twist the information to benefit you and your team. In reality, you collected information that I already had. So, you are correct, that is not what I hired you for. However, that is the work you did. I would say a negotiation is a far stretch, because you listened to the same information I received from the same office and reiterated it back to me. Telling me the current state and federal laws, is not considered a negotiation. Paying for a job (calling an office to get the same info that anyone else has access to) that I had already done on my own, is money lost; I dont care how little that amount is in your eyes.

      Andre, I have searched our entire database and don't see you ever were a client, nor did you ever schedule a consultation with our office. If you used our services and I don't remember, I do apologize, and I invite you to contact me at your convenience so we can rectify your dissatisfaction in our firm. However, if you have the wrong law firm, I ask you to remove your review as it would be misleading to the public. I have made it my mission since 2014, when I first started this firm, to provide exceptional service not only to clients, but to those who only schedule a consultation with my office. For over 8 years we have provided our community with zealous legal advocacy and take pride in not only our work we do for our clients, but also being honest with those who entrust us with their case. I understand your frustration, however, you unfortunately did not retain our services to simply "collect information" as that is not what we do. But rather it was to negotiate a certain result. Unfortunately, you were not satisfied with the results, nor the law pertaining to your situation. In your review you make it seem as if your money was lost. You were billed less than $200, and the remaining balance of your retainer deposit is being returned to you. I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.
