Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Stopped in after picking up a piece of furniture from savers that would not fit in my sedan. I stopped by and Pebbles helped me pick out a minivan which was perfect for my quick haul. She showed me how to put the seats down and stow them away for a perfect flat loading floor. Pebbles went above and beyond helping me with my rental and even getting me a great price! Her professionalism is unmatched. Dave was also very helpful and ensured my drop off was quick and painless! I usually rent with Midway but Ill recommend this enterprise location to my family and friends in the SGV !

0 points if I could. Rent a mini van, end up the previous customer not returning. the manager blame us not picking up their confirmation call which we did and no one was talking. The manager was arrogant trying to blame us which were ridiculous. You should be prepared for the car as we didnt cancel!! Its your problem not customers. Weve been renting from enterprise all the time and this is the worst experience ever! Not recommending this place at all!

They a good company to rent from. The location I rent from did have very good service and now the service is ok.

The staff were really nice and helpful but the car the REQUIRES SERVICE light went on during my trip. It was evening time, it was raining and my anxiety shot right up! It stayed on during my trip home as well so needless to say, it was not the relaxing, carefree trip Id hoped for. Sorry to say

This is such a convenient location - its smaller & feels more friendly than an airport location. And this time, I really appreciated that when I had a small problem with my rental, the manager, Anicia, went above & beyond. Do yourself a favor and reserve your car here!
