        I got a so called upgrade suv from standard I reserved to full size from this site. The car has mechanical issue in its brake(swapped later at LAX after called road side emergency service). I tried to replace it initially since its out of state license plate plus the car have many scratches on the body. But the staff told me all other cars reserved which seems more like an excuse since theres no reserve option on specific car type in their website or app.

        This is my go to car rental spot. Danny is always helpful and remembers me (Go Dodgers). I reserve my car and they always have a car for me which puts me at ease whenever I need to rent cause I know they'll have a car for me.
