        Richard at Chase Bank in Aptos is truly fantastic in assisting customers. I have been dealing with a hold on my account. After many conversations with Chase customer service I was frustrated. I went in the Aptos branch and Richard went above and beyond to help me rectify the situation. Richard is customer centric!

        Do not bank here. It is the slowest bank ever and if you like to do online deposits, forget about it, they hold your money for far too long its been 12 days and still no money. I cant even begin to express how frustrated I am, because I like to do all my banking in person, because they usually shows up the next day. But they finally talked me into doing it online and now me and my family are hungry. I dont think all Chase banks act this way, but I would strongly recommend staying away from this one.
