Buffalo Wild Wings

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. For sometime, the wings were pretty poor quality and they seemed to hate saucing wings, but quality seems to have improved these last few months. There never seems to be enough staff for as busy as the place can get. The staff is always pleasant, but they seem spread thin. Its not uncommon to find that only one server is handling the entire bar. But the main reason for this review? That awful sound system. It has been months now that it has been in disrepair. There appears to be no bass in the speakers, and instead, they appear to have turned the volume louder to make up for the missing sound. Instead of accomplishing this, you are instead assaulted by the shrill volume. Not sure if its the mixer, a failed subwoofer, but for the love of your patrons ears, fix your sound system.

went to lunch for 2 people, we got there at 1 and waited to be seated for about 5 minutes. where they sat us it was actually pretty empty so i was surprised there was such a wait. then we waited for our server, then like 15 minutes for our drinks, then we waited at least half an hour for our food. when it got to us it was so COLD. the mozzarella sticks we ordered were cold, and even the fries were cold. it must have been sitting for a long time. they took the wings off and we still paid for the drinks and our appetizer. but we wont come back, honestly not my first bad experience here either :(
