Food is good but when it comes to going during Happy Hour good luck trying to flag down a server. Youre better off just using DoorDash and waiting 45 mins because the food will get to you faster.

Been here a few times and every time they take forever to sit us down and serve us and they don't even bother to ask if we want refills, one time they didn't even gave us trays or napkins, Ive seen the workers just talking in the corner alot, worst buffalo wild wings that I have ever been to for sure by far, I know the right thing is to tip but not worth it with this service I get better service at McDonald's

It seems like every time I dine here, there's something wrong. This time, I was dining with my 4 grandchildren and 4 adults. It was busy, however there was only one waitress. So, this meant everything was SLOW. The wrong foods were taken to our table, I had to ask for silverware SEVERAL times, and to make matters worse, my granddaughter fell off the bench. You would think a staff member would come over to see if she was ok...that did not happen. They just kept walking by. When it was time to get our ticket to pay for our meal, we had to wait another 30 minutes to get the ticket ( I actually walked to the register and requested it). Walked back to my table and had to wait again for 20 minutes. So, I walked back to the counter for the staff member to tell me I had to wait for my waitress. I'm pretty sure I won't be dining here again. And since I paid for everyone's meal at our table, it was a horrible experience for me.
