I had a 1 star review on this place I went one day and they were closed when its 24 hour. But the girl with dyed hair made me change the whole thing up with her amazing service. Shes the reason I changed a 1 star review to a 5. Its crazy how being basically polite changes the whole idea of a business. She was working at 10. This situation should be used for training.

Since our hotel was near this location, we decided to order here from a long flight to have our disneyland vacation here. It was around 11 at night and surprisingly, I loved how the workers were able to take our orders as the drive-thru was empty so I appreciated that.

I was on my lunch break working late at Disney land hotel nearby . I saw, Jack in Crack was open, & thot it would be great! But how could they get my simple order for 1 large fries +1 large grape soda wrong? She literally asked me what is a soda? I literally tried to teach her English, like, Soda is a drink that u serve in a cup! I thot I got thru to her, but At the window She gave me two orders of fries (1 large 1 small) , & a small grape soda . I made her refund the fries and when I asked for a large soda too, she shut the window and called the police. Really How hard is it to fulfill an order for paying customers? This type of people contribute to the horrible stereo types that migrant Mexicans cant speak English . #^*^ Go back to your country!!!
