Idk why this place is even still offering service. The worse pediatric office you could go to. When I call they take forever to answer or sometimes they don't at all. Ive notice they dont like to schedule patients for sick visits mostly physicals. The pediatricians do not know what they are doing. It seems that they do not care. I am changing to a better office.

Had very bad service with my 6 weeks old baby, I don't recommend people who can have way better pediatricians, Dr never listen and explain baby's health issues. Now we are so happy with other pediatrician.

I been calling for two months and leaving messages to operators due to office won't answer phone calls . Just want to get a physical for my kids before school start . They will start this monday and they haven't called me back to get an appointment even that I call every day not sure if this doctor office still open to clients.

I never had a problem with this medical office until today, I have a 4 month old son who has been going here since his birth and I absolutely loved it here, the nurses are wonderful and so kind which I absolutely appreciated but today Dr. Suarez was hostile and very rude to me, I was choking hair that was caught in my mask, yes I had a coughing fit and was at the verge of tears while holding my son who was fussy and crying, she came in asking me the usually questions, but since I just choked on my own hair I was still trying to recover from choking and coughing that I couldn't really respond and she just went completely from her usually amazing kind composure to disgustingly rude, I tried to tell her my son had a small cough and runny nose with no fever she asked how long? I again coughed cause my throat was in pain from choking, she than started stating why did I bring my son in to the doctors today if he was sick?" And I said I'm the only one who cares for my son other days I'm working and she said I shouldn't of come in today and just keep putting me down and telling me I exposed her and her office as she turned my son side to side while he cried and than out of what looked as frustration she just said they would come in to give him his vaccines, his next appointment is in 2 weeks and than left, she didn't do a proper check up at all. hearing my own son's doctor degrade me triggered my mental illness and I started to cry once the nurse came in she asked if I was okay and I just asked for a transfer paperwork and how to complain. I didn't fill out the paper she gave me cause after being verbally harassed by the doctor my son was still fussy so I just left.. I understand that I should of tried harder to not get so affected by her hostility but I'm a single mother with no help what so ever from anyone which I told her and she still went on to say I shouldn't have sought my son in.. I wasn't aware a single parent shouldn't bring in their child for their check up appointment when it's their day off but sure Dr. Suarez I'll remember that next time and Dr. Suarez if you do get to read this, thank you for giving me my first full blown panic attack, crying and calling my therapist in your parking lot while feeding my son was definitely the highlight of my day thanks to you. I hope no other parent has to very be put down like that or have their mental health illness triggered like so. I started with Dr.Garcia who is a wonderful doctor, as well as the other male doctor at this establishment but I honestly can't say the same about Dr. Suarez, maybe it's just cause the situation was happened so quickly and it was a misunderstanding but to put me down in front of my child who yes i know won't remember but it's still the fact that she still did it and didn't even let me explain just got upset and left me was unprofessional. I will also be calling the BBB and putting a complain in with everyone and anyone I can to hopefully prevent this from happening to other single parent. I also called multiple times after I left before I wrote this review to get an understanding on why she treated me so badly but they ignored all my calls unsure if it was due to them going to lunch or if it was on purpose but that's all I have to say.
