    Feedbacks 1) Poor communication. I experienced a rush time where my concerns and queries were not fully addressed before the receiptionists moved on. Especially with the non-native English like me, they didn't allow me to finish my speaking but immediately cut off using their own words. 2) Limits first-time visit from receiving physical examinations or any procedural services. According to their policy, these services are reserved for subsequent visits, directing any urgent health concerns to urgent care. This policy not only necessitates multiple appointments but also potentially doubles the insureance costs for patients.

    Everyone is very friendly but you cannot get a response and there is no sense of urgency. I was placed on disability and filled with the state online. I am back to work and the office has still not completed the medical portion of my claim. Numerous phone calls and walk ins to the office and still nothing!

    Been going to this office for over 15 years, and have always loved the doctors! They are busy at times, but usually always come through when needed.

    I am not surprised Im not the first 1 star review. I'm literally here right now. I have a picture of my photo ID, my insurance card, social security card, credit card. I also have my nursing license. They refuse to see me. I've had to use my inhaler multiple times today, and need a breathing treatment. There is no one in the waiting room. They clearly could have figured this one out and treated a patient, but their "policy" overrode their common sense. Don't go here. There are more competent places. Failure to treat is also negligence.

    I have only ever seen the PA here and he is great. I have moderate but controlled asthma and they are able to accommodate and treat me as needed. The main reason for the 2 star is due to the fact that there are constant automated phone calls received from the practice. They are quite bothersome and annoying. I have attempted to opt out of the phone calls without avail. Due to this I will be forced to find a new provider and explore reporting violations to the FCC as my request to opt out of their calls has been ignored. It is unfortunate that excellent care has been marred by these phone calls. They also come from the office phone number so blocking them is not an option as I had it blocked until I missed a call about test results.
