My dad came in and they had canceled his appointment without telling him. We drove all the way from Santa Ana and he had an appointment at 3Pm when he showed up they told him he didnt have an appointment even though he had the appointment card and everything saying 3Pm. Not professional at all!

I've had a good experience with this facility, good professional and respectful attitude from all staff. I'm very happy with the service rendered here.

You get NO star!!!! I just was forced to give you one for my post. Horrible place!!!!! My grandson had his 6 week check up yesterday 2/28/24 at 4pm Anaheim office off the 91. I drove my daughter and grandson yesterday, we left in time for the appointment, we came from Orange but didnt get up to the 2nd floor and in line until 4:06 and then my daughter wasnt addressed at the check-in desk until 4:11. The lady told my daughter sorry, we cant see you today, youre late and we have no grace period OMGGGG! What? The girl at the desk said you can wait and hope for a cancellation (my daughter thought with a 5 1/2 week infant in this unclean environment) my daughter tried to explain that she has visited this office 3 times and was never late but she should have been aware of a NO Grace policy This place has no common sense and doesnt care about their patients especially an infant. My daughter likes the pediatrician but customer care is huge especially for a first time mom. Baby will have to wait on his stomach issues and his shots, awesome. Ive noticed a really bad healthcare system in Calif. but maybe its Medicare doctors/offices. So now we have to find a doctor to switch the baby and my daughter too. Altamed, if you have such a strict policy with no grace period please let patients aware at their first office visit, where is your professionalism? Where is your common since? My gosh! Im still in disbelief, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Smitha Sathyaprakash, internal medicine was a very good doctor; very personable, approachable, she did everything to help us, referred us to a good specialists. We went to Alta med because of her. She left in October 2023 and Ban Lui replaced her; just opposite, doesnt talk, doesnt ask questions, doesnt do anything, doesnt acknowledge the patient when she enter the room. We ran away from Alta med.
