Umami Burger

Like a lot of others have mentioned in recent reviews, the service is fairly lackluster for a full service restaurant. I've had more attentive service staff at an In-N-Out. All of the tables were sticky or dirty. Took forever to be seated. Staff would walk by dirty tables and then return to the back or walk right by customers. Some staff were friendly, others were a bit rude. Once we got a table service was prompt, but the food took every bit of 30-40min to come out. Food was good though probably like a 4/5, solid smash style burger. Little bit of soggy bun but somewhat expected. No idea on their drinks cuz they don't have a menu for it and I gave up even bothering to find out more.

Was looking forward to trying this place. May have been at 15% capacity tops. We sat at the bar and 3-5 minutes went by without acknowledgement, I got up and found some menus at the end of the bar. Another 5-10 minutes and still not even an acknowledgement that we even sat down. Service was a joke at best. Walked out due to lack of service.

I ordered delivery through postmates from this location and I'm beyond disappointed. Paid for the combo and only got my burger and fries. No sauce, no drink, and no shake. Not to mention my burger wasn't made properly with things I asked to be removed still on it. If the drinks are on the fault of the driver then I get it, but everything else on top of it just made me super frustrated.

Update: Still no one in the front to greet customers. Takes minutes for staff to notice people waiting. Server walked away on us before we finished deciding what we wanted to drink - literally walked away without taking the third person's choice of drink. Changed my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars. Good food, although it appears the customer service is lacking. *** Friendly staff. Although, sometimes it could take minutes to get noticed, even if the place is empty. Note- parking is limited, can be a challenge. Delicious food and nice atmosphere. Their cheesy potato tots are bomb
