I ate in the restaurant and the lady working refused to accept my 20% discount as an employee. explained something about there being no discount on only one item at a time which makes no sense have never had this issue with any other Carls Jr ever in my 4 years of working. Highly disappointed.

I'm giving it zero stars They give you the food with hairs in your fries and we requested it well done all she put special requests it tasted frozen still the lady was very rude with attitudes telling me why I ate it for some reason it's called fast foods duh shaking my head. Made my stomach hurt they charge a lot for the food for it not to be well done and with hair's. Awful experience never had a problem with Carl's Jr at all in my life To the employees never be disrespectful to the customer's period. Customers is always right make sure to wear hairs net's. You just lost a good customer.
