We are repeat customers of Old Arbor Mortgage, and have been for several decades. Steve has assisted us with at least four home purchase loans and at least that many refinance loans. The quality of service, professionalism, feedback and attention to even the smallest detail sets Old Arbor Mortgage apart from other companies. Most recently, Steve assisted us with a home equity loan to complete some upgrading projects. Working with Steve seems to always turn out to be a great experience with minimal stress. I have been though a fair number of loan brokers over the years and I have to say that Steve is the best one by far. He goes above and beyond what is required leaving you feeling like you are his best and only client. I highly recommend Steve and his company no matter what your loan needs are, first time buyer, re-fi etc. He knows his market and how to get what works best for you.

Steve Ventimiglia was so awesome to work with. He made the buying process so easy. He was patient and very thorough with us. He never pressured us to make any decisions that we werent comfortable with. He was very knowledgeable. His guidance was imperative in helping us make the best decision for our family. My wife and I were recommended to Steve by a long-time friend who has worked with him in the past. He was amazingly attentive and thorough throughout the whole mortgage process. He was able to get us a pre-approval on very short notice for a quick moving seller as well as process the whole loan in a short amount of time.
