Lorraine is a very knowledgeable and helpful realtor who goes beyond the extra mile to help her clients find the perfect home. She was very helpful from the start of the process and always kept us updated about our home. She was always available to answer our questions and helped us with everything that we needed. When we had some issues with our vendors, she stepped up and helped us out and kept us in the loop. Even after our sale, she has checked in on us to ensure that we are in a safe and happy home. Lorraine was and is an amazing human being. She has been super thoughtful about us in this home buying process, by being beyond informative, communicative, and supportive. She did her best effort to support us in this new journey that we were pretty much going blind into. She did a great job keeping us updated and was very honest with us throughout the process and also afterwards, regarding the things we needed and how to save as well. Her along with her team are also very strong and wise, always looking for the best interest of the buyer, on top of anything. Looking forward to reaching out to her in the future once we are ready for our second home. Words can't really express how grateful we are for her work as a realtor, she is great in this business.
