They are responsive and their rates are reasonable. Get your refinance there. I have to add more words to my post to post so I guess get around it with this run on with this run on sentence as you remember from grammar class and I'll say now that they definitely the ones to go to if you're in the market to borrow some cabbage. Sam is cool but he can really talk your ear off. I guess cause he's old. He likes to tell stories about his glory days.

Sam recently helped my client purchase a home and I have to admit he did a FANTASTIC job.  What I liked best about him is that he actually return all phone calls, and answered every question or concern.  His assistant (Maria is Awesome)  I swear this man does not sleep!!! I have worked with many lenders as a Realtor and I have never experienced the type of customer service that Sam provided to my client and myself.  He is extremely knowledgeable and will work hard to meet or exceed your expectations. I highly recommend Sam and The Fishman Financials Group. A+++++++

Just a few hours ago we closed on our first home. We had never even put in an offer before, so were really, really new to the process. Kurt Herrenbruck was our mortgage broker, and we highly recommend him. He came recommended by family members and we're so glad we called him the day our offer was accepted. From day 1 he was there for us guiding us through the process of getting a mortgage. We had so many questions and he never made us feel uncomfortable for asking them. We could be very open and honest with him about our hesitations, questions, concerns, etc. He helped us be well-informed so we could make decisions we could feel secure about. While signing docs, we weren't surprised by any of the numbers in front of us, thanks to Kurt having given us all the details along the way. Kurt had prepared us well, and this was complimented by our escrow agent. Thanks Kurt!!

Kurt and his team have been great to work with over the years.  They helped with a refinance of my home in 2013 and helped me through some difficult personal financial decisions around my home in 2014.  They are responsive, helpful and knowledgeable.   Who could ask for more?Big thumbs up for Fishman Financial Group, I know who I will be dealing with in the future and where I will be sending my friends.
