I was verbally attacked by the morning manager and several employees,I was just trying to get breakfast.I waited 40 minutes and never received my food but they did help other customers and at one point I was afraid I was going to be physically attacked!I will never step foot in a Wendy's again! And the fact I'm sitting here crying becouse I just wanted breakfast and I was attacked.. absolutely ridiculous..Stay away from this place.....it's bad real bad! This is the location on Missouri St in West Memphis,Ar...

This place is something else. Not in a good way. Every time I come here they are always rude! If you dont like your job then quit. Also they always walk away from the first window where you pay and they take up to 5 minutes to come back to the window.

The manager had a very nasty attitude, and would not accept our coupon said it was for breakfast and it was not, plus she did not wash her hands when she returned from break smoking a cigarette and on her phone, we left not buying anything we will not return or recommended anyone to eat there we went across the street to Popeyes and had better service and our coupons for Popeyes were accepted staff was friendly. We looked and observed the other eating places next to Wendy's their parking lots were full and drive thru were busy but not Wendy's. Wendy's needs manager that's friendly and courteous. Who wants to eat food from a business with the staff being rude + not washing their hands coming off break or coming on duty.

I don't usually share negative reviews unless its especially bad. Service was rude, they were out of a lot of menu items, the food took a long time and it was cold when we got it.
