        Fast and friendly. Had flat didn't have a spare drove in bought almost new tire.had mounted and balanced for 48 bucks

        Took my Jeep to a tire shop in Springdale with locations in 25 states that told me that my "leaking" tire was not repairable, and they offered to sell me a new tire. Since I didn't like their price, I went to Mac's to purchase a tire, and they showed me that my rim was damaged, not my tire. Had Mac's put my "non repairable" tire on a new rim and no leaks. Knowledgeable and ethical. Great experience!

        Horrible and dangerous. They removed lug nuts from our tires and didnt replace them, plus they overfilled our tires to 60 psi (twice the maximum psi). Very dangerous. Avoid this business at all costs. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
