Simply pathetic service! I was sent here by my employer after a on the job accident. I was totally ignored by the front desk staff who didn't or refused to speak English and never answered a single question I asked. The Doctor was worse! I've worked in several foreign countries but couldn't recognize the language he was speaking at a million miles per hour, only throwing in one or two words I think that were in broken English! The Nurse who came in at the very end of the visit to assist me in getting dressed and placing the knee brace on was truly Phenomenal, kind and very caring! I can't say enough wonderful things about her! As far as the rest of the staff just Trust me on this one... You're better off getting a voodoo queen or a witch doctor to whip up a magic spell for your healing! Best of Luck!

I have been here twice for a DoT Physical and one time I was given a 2 year medical card by one doctor and went there recently with the EXACT same thing and was only given a 3 month medical card.....all the doctors do things there own way, I have had no problems getting a 2 year medical card since I started in 2019, Dr. Seth did not care what I had to tell him just cared about results back from a test I had in 2018. All the physicians should follow the same thing but instead each one is different. Go to medexpress for a DoT physical or somewhere else the doctors here are not on the same page of anything.

They are negligent, inefficient, and I only went there because my former employee made me. I say former because they failed to note that my ADD medication would show up in my drug test. But they didn't so my test came back positive so they dimissed me. Now I'm in a massive red tape mess trying to get it cleared up. They are incompetent.

One of the biggest jokes in Springdale theyre only there to serve big companies. They do not care about the little fish. I wouldnt waste your time I would find another physician what an absolute joke. I have left messages for them to return my phone call, but they do not.
