Responded to the employees greeting by saying "Good. How are you doing?" and got laughed at and asked why I said it like that. Ruined my entire day :)

Great place, love mr Shaw (the owner) he's so nice and welcoming, staff is nice except the lady in the mornings (not Shaw's wife but the other lady).

My experience was bad and the Shell clerk was very rude to elderly customers and wasn't helpful at all I am disappointed with the service.
