        Personnel are helpful and interested in welcoming visitors. The resident I visit is well cared for and likes the service and the aides.

        It is a great place but disappointed that my husband has to wait so long to be changed when he poops his pants. He can't get up and I don't want him getting sores from it being on him to long. Sometimes it has been an hour wait. Food has also been cold or made to hard for him to eat, when he is able to eat. I wish there were 2 aides to a hall then pne could cover while the other helps if needed. .
