If I could give a minus five stars I would. My sister was moved to the Springs to receive rehab after breaking her hip. She was put into the room around six pm and was not checked on again until the morning. Was told to wet herself and they would change her. The biggest concern was that the staff member that put her in the room told her they did not have time to take care of her! If you have family in this facility I am sorry. This is inexcusable.

I had called to check on CNA classes and I was told to fill out an application that classes started on the 20th. I did and now I'm waiting on a phone call so I can start classes. I pray that the lady calls me to start. They were very helpful about the classes.

They used a shuttle to transport my mother to the facility, then parked her in a room, in her wheelchair, without so much as a hello for over 2 hours. When we asked for help to get her to the bathroom the next morning, we were told that she was wearing Depends, she can just go in her diaper.
We took mom home right then and there. Even the CNA told us that it was no place to take someone you care about.
In my humble opinion. It should be shut down, and the management prosecuted for willful negligence.
The only reason I gave one star, is because there is no lower option.
