While visiting Bentonville last summer, we began to consider relocating to the area and walked into the local Coldwell Banker office where we met Lynn Butterfield. Although we weren't yet sure we would relocate to Northwest Arkansas, Lynn listened to what we were looking for in terms of relocation and as a well-versed real estate professional, spent time helping us to understand the area and how it compared to other areas within the nation we had been considering. Without our asking, Lynn cleared his afternoon and took us on tours of Bentonville, Bella Vista, and Rogers so we could see what each area had to offer. After we returned home, Lynn stayed in contact and continued to send us listings. We were still very much in an exploratory phase and Lynn listened to our feedback and adjusted to what he sent us with each additional round. As we identified properties of interest, Lynn walked us through each listing via video calls. He patiently helped us understand aspects of some properties that we weren't familiar with (e. g., septic tanks, POA dues, lake living, road access, etc.). After our selection, Lynns expert knowledge of the market helped us to tender a fair offer on the property of our choice. Lynns involvement with us could have ended with the sale, but he continued to assist us. We decided to update the newly purchased house to suit our needs and Lynn provided us with excellent contractors. In addition, as out-of-town buyers, Lynn never left us hanging and helped to meet contractors and vendors at the house when we couldnt be there. When we first met Lynn, we had intended to buy a house on a lake outside of the city area. However, after Lynns very patient efforts, and knowing what questions to ask, we were able to identify the lifestyle we wanted and ended up with a house in Bentonville. Lynn is a true real estate professional with a passionate focus on customer service. He is a joy to work with and was a valuable partner in our journey to buying a newhome.

Kenny was easy going and willing to show us property whenever we asked. He walked outside through brush and snakes and insects to investigate the lot lines with us, LOL!
