Noah tried to overcharge us by an hour (almost $200) and we had to point out the mistake multiple times for him to update the final cost. It felt purposeful, like he thought I wouldnt notice because Im a woman. I never got a receipt even though I was told I would get one, and I asked Noah specifically two different times in the week following the move. We are missing two itemsthe *only items a mover mentioned would be in the garage (rather than inside the house), which is incredibly disappointing. Very frustrated with Phoenix.

Mrs Beath I am so sorry you feel that way. As a young man raised by women I assure you that has nothing to do with your bill. You were charged for 3.3hrs, we have a 3 hour minimum so you were billed around 15 minutes over our minimum. I can’t charge much less than that. I’m unsure of any items your missing after reviewing our texts and email threads I don’t see anything about missing items. I do see the request for your receipt and I will get it to you today. I apologize our office has been a little backed up. At the end of the day I deeply apologize if you feel you were taken advantage of in anyway. We pride ourselves on giving each client the best service we can give. If there’s ever anything I can do to remedy the situation don’t hesitate to give me a call.
